iceScrum
Plug-ins
iceScrum is an open source web application for using Scrum in a collaborative working environment. It has initially been developed by French students at the Paul Sabatier University Institute (Toulouse) in 2005.
The application constantly evolves with the work of the students in the South-West France. I am one of them for some months and will contribute to the developement of two new features.

This website was realised by 13 students of the HTW Berlin (University of Applied Sciences) in a weekly workshop I gave during summer term 2010.
The students have been working on this website in teams experiencing all project stages from the kick-off through the launch within only four months.

Coordination and integration
Managing the relaunch meant to coordinate design and economy students to provide templates and strategy after having analysed the (at the time) current website.
The integration in TYPO3 was preceeded by the conversion of design templates to HTML/CSS templates and jQuery scripts.
The website is not in the state we launched it anymore, as new students are working on the project every year.
